These terms govern your use of all iOS applications published by Tabish Hassan on the Apple App Store. By downloading or using any of these apps, you agree to these terms.

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the apps on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Most apps offer an auto-renewable monthly subscription at $2.99 USD per month (or local equivalent) with a 7-day free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the monthly subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are final except where required by law; refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's standard refund policy.

Advertising

Some apps display third-party advertisements from Google AdMob in the free tier. Purchasing the premium subscription removes all ads. Apps in the Apple Kids category do not display third-party ads.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the apps.
Use the apps in violation of any applicable law.
Use the apps to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.
Attempt to bypass purchase verification or premium gating.

Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the apps, including all related intellectual property, are and will remain the exclusive property of Tabish Hassan. Content you create inside the apps (notes, habits, entries, etc.) remains your property and stays on your device.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

Medical, Legal, Financial Disclaimer

Apps in the health, medical, finance, or legal categories (including mood trackers, baby logs, budget trackers, medication reminders, etc.) are provided for informational and tracking purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information from any app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tabish Hassan resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
