Common Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app → Settings → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions, find the app, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged during the free trial. Is that right?

The 7-day free trial begins when you start a subscription and the first charge happens at the end of the trial period. If you're charged immediately, double-check your start date in iOS Settings → Subscriptions or email us and we'll help.

My data disappeared after reinstalling the app.

Our apps store data locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all data. If you had iCloud sync enabled, your data will restore on reinstall — otherwise it cannot be recovered. We recommend using the built-in Export feature (where available) periodically.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and request a refund.
